Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Dedication to customer service

- Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Have a great driving record
- Must know way around the Jackson metro area
- Must be able to follow directions
- Knowledge of construction materials
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) :
- Self-managing and time management skills

- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
- Manage / organize warehouse
- Pickup and delivery of materials for jobs
- Have a general knowledge of Reconstruction materials
- Track fleet maintenance and organize routine service
- Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment
