We work with health care businesses from all over the world (mainly in the UK, USA, as well as Canada, Australia) and we help them to grow more successful businesses by providing world class marketing and sales services.
The founder of the company is Paul Gough – a 5x Amazon best selling Author on the subject of Marketing, Sales, Hiring and Leadership and a former professional football Physical Therapist who grew his own successful physiotherapy company from the ground up.

Youwillberesponsibleforrecruiting and managing a team of 6 staff in the USA, ensuring company KPI's are hit and that all internal-procedures are documented, continually developed andadheredtobystaff-as- well as ensure thatcompanyculture is improved and daily rituals are maintained.
KeyResponsibilities:1. Recruitment for US-based positions
2. Organisational practices –ensuredaily/weekly/monthlycompany practices are continually developed and current onesadhered to.
3. Daily operational support, including world class customer service, events organisation, and fulfilment.
4. Provide support to the CEO including travel arrangements andcalendar management.
