- Onboarding & Orientation:Conduct welcome calls and ensure participants understand the program structure, goals, and resources
- Community & Engagement:Foster a supportive, active online community; coordinate group discussions, Q&A sessions, and events
- Participant Support:Regularly check in with individuals to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate wins
- Operational Management:Handle scheduling, manage program calendars, and coordinate materials to keep everything running smoothly
- Success Tracking:Monitor results, gather feedback, and share success stories to highlight participant achievements
- Events Management:Our clients will be invited to inperson events/meetings at our events and your job is to ensure their attendance and work with the client on logistics of dates, times and travel etc, to ensure there smooth arrival
- Experience in program management, customer success, or community coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse groups
- Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficient with online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, project management software, community platforms)
