We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to help our clients succeed with our PhysioFunnels CRM while contributing to the ongoing development of our innovative tools and services.

What You’ll Do

• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they’re set up for success with PhysioFunnels.
• Training: Lead individual and group training sessions to teach clients and staff how to use PhysioFunnels to grow their businesses.
• Product Development: Stay at the forefront of our technology by identifying new features, enhancements, and innovative ways to improve PhysioFunnels, ensuring it continues to meet and exceed our clients' needs. Collaborate with the team to bring these ideas to life and enhance the client experience.
• Client Support: Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and provide best practices for using the software effectively.
• Account Optimization: Review and optimize client accounts to ensure they are configured for maximum results.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to improve training and onboarding processes to enhance the client experience.
• Become the Expert: Develop a deep understanding of PhysioFunnels and act as the go-to resource for client success.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM platforms and the ability to master their functionality quickly.
• Training and Coaching Skills: You can explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms that clients can easily understand.
• Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful and proactive in troubleshooting issues.
