Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking Associates with at least three to six years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.
Candidates must have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a plus but not required. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
