What are the responsibilities and job description for the NY Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate (Lending Focus) position at Paul Hastings LLP?
The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking an Associate with at least 3-4 years of Structured Finance experience, specifically with structured lending facilities, to join the Firm's market-leading CLO practice. Experience with capital markets securitization transactions is a plus.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
