Paul Hastings' New York Office is seeking a Private Funds Associate (mid-senior level) to join the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group. Candidates must have meaningful experience in the formation of funds focused on investment in private equity, real estate, credit and / or other illiquid asset classes, with a focus on advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising and related legal issues. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
