What are the responsibilities and job description for the NY Securities/Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) position at Paul Hastings LLP?
The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with securities litigation and/or complex commercial litigation experience. This is a tremendous opportunity for associates who are seeking to develop their litigation skills and take on significant responsibility in managing cases. Candidates must have prior securities litigation and/or complex commercial litigation experience, specifically experience in drafting briefs, doing complex legal research, drafting written discovery and producing documents, and taking and defending depositions and witness interviews. Strong writing, oral advocacy and organizational skills and outstanding academic credentials are required. Admission to the New York Bar preferred. Include cover letter, resume, law school transcript and writing sample when applying.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
