Seeking a mature, experienced part time administrative assistant for an Insurance and Investment services office. Familiarity with Financial Services a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce would be a plus. Duties include: Client Relations including preparing for client meetings, tracking new accounts, servicing existing clients. Other offices duties include answering incoming calls, ordering office supplies, entering monthly expenses into Quicken, and preparing quarterly tax information for office. You should have the ability to work independently, be self motivated, and a team player as well as being technology savvy and willing to learn new software as needed. We will train you for the specific tasks required, as your predecessor will be here until early July. This position is for 20- 25 hours a week with some scheduling flexibility. We have a busy, but pleasant work environment, and would expect a pleasant demeanor. We have been in business for 38 years. The job opens in June 2025.
