Your Role at a Glance :
As a Safety Compliance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert in compliance, ensuring that our drivers meet all necessary regulations. From managing Driver Qualification Compliance to overseeing Hours of Service, you’ll proactively prevent non-compliance through coaching, supervision, and expertise. With your support, our fleet will operate in full compliance with FMCSA, DOT , and state authorities, all while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements :
Key Attributes for Success as a Compliance Specialist :
Regulatory Expertise : 2-3 years of experience in transportation with a solid understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those outlined by FMCSA and DOT.
Meticulousness : A sharp focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in complex compliance documentation and records.
Analytical Thinking : Skilled at analyzing compliance challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent future issues.
Systematic Excellence : Exceptional skills in structuring and managing compliance records, schedules, and documentation with efficiency.
