WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an Operations Manager, you will take charge of overseeing and managing the day-to-day field operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing resources, effectively managing personnel, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's profitability and overall success. Your role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Active MA Journeyman's license
- Knowledge about residential electrical service and repair, electrical code
- Proficiency with an iPad and trade software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Sales experience would be a plus!
