Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for an ERP Test Lead. This is a Contract to hire role in Lisle, IL . As a pivotal contributor to our organization, you will drive quality assurance initiatives, ensuring robust testing frameworks within your designated domain. Acting as the central authority for QA efforts, you will oversee strategic planning, execution methodologies, and automation approaches. Your role will encompass championing quality standards, optimizing resource allocation, and mitigating challenges that may hinder testing efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years in IT/IS and 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in software testing and leading testing engagements
- In-depth understanding of SAP ECC across multiple test phases
- Experience overseeing multiple testing teams, enforcing testing standards & processes
- Proficiency in functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation testing
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (installation, configuration, operation, testing, monitoring)
- Mandatory: Expertise in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest
- Preferred: Familiarity with Neo Load
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work across global teams & multi-vendor environments
- Experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Metrics
- Excellent communication & team management skills

- Establish trusted partnerships with IT divisions and business leaders to refine and implement robust testing methodologies.
- Work in close coordination with development and quality teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in deliverables.
- Leverage a deep understanding of test lifecycle processes, Agile workflows, and DevOps principles, while applying advanced Quality Management practices.
