Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for an ERP Test Lead . This is a Contract to hire role in Lisle IL . As a pivotal contributor to our organization you will drive quality assurance initiatives ensuring robust testing frameworks within your designated domain. Acting as the central authority for QA efforts you will oversee strategic planning execution methodologies and automation approaches. Your role will encompass championing quality standards optimizing resource allocation and mitigating challenges that may hinder testing efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelors degree with 8 years in IT / IS and 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in software testing and leading testing engagements
- Indepth understanding of SAP ECC across multiple test phases
- Experience overseeing multiple testing teams enforcing testing standards & processes
- Proficiency in functional integration regression acceptance and automation testing
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
- Handson experience with CI / CD pipeline tools (installation configuration operation testing monitoring)
- Mandatory : Expertise in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest
- Preferred : Familiarity with Neo Load
- Strong analytical & problemsolving skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work across global teams & multivendor environments
- Experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Metrics
- Excellent communication & team management skills
