Leasing Accountant Analyst
Location Oakbrook IL 60521 Hybrid role
Salary base $120-130k base, plus 10% depending on experience
This is responsible for the preparation of month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
Key points :
- Must have a Degree, Accounting or Finance, with 7 to 12 yrs plus experience technical accounting skills and ASC 842 lease accounting with a CPA preferred.
- Must be able to evaluate leases
- Any experience with the retail industry is a plus
