Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.

5 plus years or progressive experience with a heavy focus on manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles, month end close, reconiling accounts, analytics for budgeting and forcasting, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Syteline preferred, SAP, Oracle, Frontier, etc.)

Demonstrated knowledge of standard cost accounting principles and drivers of plant variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for plant financial forecasts and projections

Drive Plant Profitability & Productivity

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

Internal Controls and Risk Management

Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Contribution
