Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist and Partner
Location: Des Plaines, IL, hybrid work environment
Base Salary: $90-100K base, plus bonus, depending on experience
Job Summary: This position is an individual contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and more.
Key Points & Responsibilities:
- 7 plus years of progressive HR experience, in a generalist capacity, smaller environment, and experience as the single point of contact in Human Resources managing the following responsibilities every day as every day will be different areas of HR.
- Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations (Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations), providing guidance on performance management, employee compensation, satisfaction.
- Key contact working with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations with systems, payroll, benefits
- Key contact with experience with management to address employee development, workforce planning and organizational design needs
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions, including interviewing and onboarding
- Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
- SHRM certification is preferred not a must
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience if no degree
Salary : $67,200 - $86,700
