Primary Location: Remote, Candidates residing near Chicago, Illinois and open to potentially be onsite/in-person for occasional team building purposes maybe once a quarter possibly more.
Position Type: Contract, 6 month
Hourly around $55/hr to $68/hr depending on skill sets w2 or corp to corp with option to convert possibly to full time
Overview
Currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Intune & SCCM Engineer for our premier client. This is a 6-month contract role that will be primarily remote. Seeking candidates residing near Chicago, Illinois that are open to potential in-person team building and/or meeting(s).
- As the SME/Senior-level Intune & SCCM Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring completion of the tasks enclosed below.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as an Endpoint Engineer, End User Computing Engineer, SCCM Engineer or similar role. Intune & SCCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) highly preferred!
- Solid, hands-on experience with the following key technologies and applications:
- Intune & Autopilot, including working on Autopilot profiles.
- MDM- iOS and Androids with Intune, must know how to create Intune policies, understand how to manage co-managed devices.
- Cloud Gateway Management (CGM), knowledge on how to set up.
- Configuration Manager (CM & SCCM)
- VDI Azure is highly preferred.
- Microsoft 365, 0365 virtual Dtops

- Application packaging
- Active Directory (Hybrid)
- Group Policy Management
- WSUS
- 3rd party app patching
- Endpoint security
- Vulnerability management
- Log aggregation

- Engineering of MEM/MECM (SCCM) environments.
- Policy management of devices using AD GPO and Intune.
- Directory management within Azure/Active Directory.
- Report creation/enhancements of the various technologies under End User Engineering support (Incidents, devices, patches, etc.).
- Incident resolution and problem management of items escalated by L1/L2 support staff.
- Product and software research and investigation.
