Lead UX Design Efforts : Own the UX design process creating and refining user journeys wireframes and highfidelity prototypes using Figma.User Advocacy : Make space for and advocate for user needs through usability testing research and empathydriven design.Design System Management : Ensure consistency and scalability by utilizing and contributing to the design system.Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to align business goals and user needs.Iterative ProblemSolving : Tackle complex undefined projects by synthesizing multiple inputs and feedback into cohesive design solutions.Facilitation & Presentation : Drive alignment through design facilitation and effective presentations to stakeholders.Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior designers providing insights and onboarding support for new team members.If applying for this role Please take each key point and provide number of years experience and what you would rate yourself 1 thru 10 (10 being expert) for each key point.
