Duties
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Oversee food costing / price setting, inventory management, including ordering and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Knowledge of and ability to accommodate special dietary requests and restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Coordinate catering services for special events up to 300 guests, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, promoting teamwork among staff members.
- Demonstrated ability in operating a high quality and profitable restaurant.
