Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories, providing expert advice and information.
- Process orders for parts and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Porsche experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogs.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
