Responsibilities:
- Be first point of contact with customers by answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and online chats
- Schedule service appointments and Service Recalls
- Provide knowledge and basic information to callers with general inquiries
- Be equipped to handle customer complaints with integrity
- Handle cash and oversee checkout process for customers
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
