BEAUTY SCHOOL DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree or a license from one of our programs would be preferred.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR BEAUTY SCHOOL DIRECTOR
This vital role can have 8- to 10-hour workdays .
You're the driving force behind our facility's success, diligently managing our day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with governing regulations and keep us on a positive path. A healthy business comes from a strong team, and you help staff members reach the next level by providing quality training, setting realistic goals, evaluating performance, and hiring new employees. You work closely with our management teams to review business avenues, ensure compliance, and coach employees.
Attentively, you conduct routine inspections around the building to ensure educational facilities are in good condition and are fully being utilized. You regularly attend meetings and team training to track staff performance and school standing, ensuring you understand all information included in the meeting forms. As you tackle your duties, you maintain our documentation and accurately prepare written materials such as correspondence, budgets, and employee records. You handle other responsibilities as needed to keep our facility successful and thriving!
