A Day in the Life
As an Esthetics Instructor you take great pride in your students and strive to create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education, mini classes, and learning centers. You teach students the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations and technologies. From skin analysis, ingredient technology, facial & body waxing, makeup artistry, and prescriptive retailing, you prepare our future professionals for their career as an Esthetician. Additionally, you teach them the business and guest service skills they need to be successful.
At Paul Mitchell, you are more than a teacher--you are a dedicated mentor who works hard to prepare your students for the professional world. As you help students build a core foundation of knowledge and ultimately master more advanced techniques, it is clear that you are the heart of the program.

Qualifications
- A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all of our Future Professionals.
- Commitment to helping others succeed.
- Positive and effective communication skills and must work well in a team environment.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a master at all things skincare.
- Kansas Instructor License and relevant education.
- Previous experience as an Esthetics Instructor in a school setting (preferred).
Compensation will be based on experience and licensure. It will be discussed during the interviewing process. Field is required on job post.
