WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR
The schedule for this full-time position includes Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with one Monday evening shift from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM required once per month. A split shift will be utilized, with coverage needed from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. One evening shift per week is also required!
As our Esthetics Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of aspiring estheticians. Your day will begin in a relaxed and welcoming environment, where you'll greet your students with enthusiasm and a smile. You will guide them through essential skincare techniques, fostering their creativity and encouraging them to express themselves while learning. Your passion for skincare and teaching will shine as you engage students in hands-on activities, ensuring they grasp the practical aspects of the curriculum while having fun. You'll be responsible for monitoring their progress, providing constructive feedback, and inspiring them to reach their full potential. You'll also collaborate with fellow instructors to create a supportive community that embodies the spirit of Paul Mitchell Schools.
