The candidate must be self-motivated to assist in meeting and exceeding enrollment goals. This position requires confidence, resilience, strong organizational and communications skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others.
Qualifications :
The Enrollment Team Assistant must demonstrate human relations and effective communications skills. He or she must be able to learn and understand federal and state regulations and financial aid procedures that are critical elements to this position.
Objective :
The Enrollment Team Assistant implements a customer-focused financial aid plan that supports the Paul Mitchell Schools' culture, the admissions process and service in the school, and its Future Professionals. He or she demonstrates integrity, ethical behavior, and a high level of confidentiality in recognizing and working with confidential information and records concerning the personal finances of Future Professionals.
Skills / Competencies Required :
- Bachelors degree in financing, accounting or equivalent, business school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and business
- Passion for the beauty industry and people
- Honesty and professionalism
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient organization time management skills
- Strong Accounting, QuickBooks and Bookkeeping skills
- Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint
