Become a full-time Front Desk Team Member with Paul Mitchell Schools in Birmingham, AL, and create a positive experience for each guest of our cosmetology school!
What do we offer?
You'll start at a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour . After 90 days, you'll qualify to receive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and PTO . You will enjoy a standard schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm. Weekends will be yours to enjoy!
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER
You will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the entire guest experience. Beyond just greeting guests, you'll thrive in a busy environment and exude warmth and positivity. Your ability to engage in conversations with everyone who enters our doors will help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Here's what we need from you :
- 3 years of customer service experience in a related industry
- Inventory management experience
