Porter
This is a vital position to the school, as this person supports all areas of the school, by keeping the facility clean and safe, and performing light maintenance duties.
What We Are Looking For
This person must demonstrate integrity, reliability, ethical behavior, and be able to work independently.
The person must be available Monday-Friday 4:00pm-10:00pm with flexibility to an occasional change in schedule.
The person in this role will be expected to perform the following Janitorial and maintenance duties:
- Monitoring and Stocking bathrooms
- Laundry
- Cleaning Classrooms, Bistro, Bathroom and Clinic Floor
- Emptying/removing trash and debris
- Mopping, dusting, sweeping
- Window Cleaning
- Wiping counters
- Minor Maintenance, and or repairs including changing bulbs, painting, hanging or removing objects from walls.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, climb on a ladder.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility.
- Must take pride in the cleanliness of our school.
