YOUR IMPACT
Our School Director normally works 8- to 10-hour workdays.
You're at the center of our facility's daily operations, expertly managing various aspects to ensure compliance and our future professionals' satisfaction. With an upbeat and inspirational attitude, you empower staff and help them grow by providing training, setting goals, evaluating performance, and strategically hiring new talent. You're always looking ahead, collaborating with management teams to explore new business opportunities, enforce regulation compliance, and coach employees.
You proactively conduct inspections to guarantee that our educational facilities are not only well-maintained but also fully utilized. Attentively, you attend meetings and training sessions, staying well informed about all aspects of our organization. You also meticulously complete documents and prepare written materials such as budgets, employee records, and various reports. Tackling other duties as needed, you make a tangible impact on our success and our students' futures!
SCHOOL DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working at a private school or beauty school
- High school degree and some college education
- Excellent finance, management, and business prowess
- Ability to analyze data, create goals, forecast outcomes, and track the return on investment (ROI)
- Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Love for communicating with people, developing relationships, and building a strong team
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Time management skills, multitasking abilities, and ability to maintain a clean environment
- Eagerness to learn more and ability to take feedback
- Positive attitude and excellent leadership skills
- Ability to monitor employee performance, train team members, and provide guidance
