The Project Manager is responsible to estimate, manage, and deliver projects in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. This shall be accomplished by utilizing your technical competence and acumen along with superior communication capabilities to deliver projects on time and on budget. Results shall be measured in the form of safe, profitable work, ensuring contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in the planning and staging of projects, ensuring all activities are in line with the estimated budgets and schedules
Diligently managing project changes and potential risks to ensure smooth project progression
Ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, municipal, and customer requirements in all project activities
Regularly providing detailed reports on project status and progress (Microsoft Project)
Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members
Translating estimators' visions into profitable realities by effectively managing project execution
Enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
Ensuring all project specifications and requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce preferred
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Epicor Kinetic preferred
Experience in managing budget processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Background in the Engineering industry or related field
