Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Paul's Termite and Pest Control is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting team members with their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support company IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Provide technical assistance to employees for computer, printer, and software issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues in a timely manner.

Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.

Work with vendors to maintain and support IT services, including PestPac system integration.

Assist in streamlining company processes through IT solutions.

Document IT procedures and provide training to employees as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Mac operating systems, and networking.

Experience with CRM or business management software (PestPac experience is a plus).

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication.
