Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong understanding of building processes. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential homes to commercial structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on construction sites.
• Execute frame carpentry tasks, including the assembly and installation of wooden structures.
• Carry out concrete finishing duties, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper curing techniques.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in landscape maintenance and hardscape projects, contributing to the overall aesthetics of the site.
• Engage in concrete forming activities, preparing molds for concrete pours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical endurance for demanding tasks.
• Skills in frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and using hand tools are essential.
• Experience with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects is a plus.
• Basic welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
