Job Description

Position : Plumbing Service Manager

Salary Range : $100,000 - $150,000 Annually

Location : Derry, New Hampshire

We are looking to add a Plumbing Service Manager to our team of industry professionals to oversee our Plumbing Department. Our Plumbing Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the department and aid in the training and development of the team. Essential Job Duties :

Operational Management

Review and manage the daily service schedule

Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion of service calls

Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed by technicians

Team Leadership & Development

Provide coaching, mentorship and performance evaluations to technicians

Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements

Develop ongoing training and professional development for the department

Foster a positive work environment while promoting teamwork and accountability

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

Ensure all service calls meet company quality standards and customer expectations

Address and resolve customer complaints

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Financial & Performance Oversight

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly

Assist in setting department goals and revenue targets

Oversee job costing, invoicing, and profitability analysis

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes

Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections

Requirements :

Active Plumbing License in the state of NH

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing industry experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices

Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Authorization to work in the US
