What We're Looking For in a Business Development Manager for the Logistics Division!
Experience : 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation Logistics or supply chain industry. Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships.
Sales Acumen : Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Experience 1-2 years in Sales
Strong Excel skills : effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions
Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
