Our boutique construction defect law firm seeks a new team member. We represent owners, general contractors and subcontractors involved in all types of construction claims and litigation. As a small litigation firm, we collaborate and work together as a team. The California Licensed candidate will have the opportunity to be part of every aspect of the litigation. This is a true opportunity to learn the in's and out's of Construction Defect law and hand's on experience in litigation, allowing an attorney to shine and grow as a lawyer. We tailor our litigation around our client's needs and handle claims from pre-litigation through trial and / or arbitration.

We're looking for a personable and preferably, and experienced construction defect litigation associate to join our small law group to assist our construction clients. The candidate should be a strong writer who is able to efficiently manage their time, tasks and deadlines and communicate well with our clients.
