Summary: The E-Billing Supervisor plays a key role in supervising a team of e-billing specialists and addressing any issues related to e-billing procedures. This position is responsible for establishing clients newly implementing e-billing and working directly with the E-Billing Manager and Billing Director to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality of e-billing operations. The E-Billing supervisor will work closely with e-billers to identify and resolve any billing issues while proactively supervising the e-billing processes to ensure all invoices are submitted efficiently and on time. This position will also work with partners, clients, and vendors, and take on special projects and assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the E-Billing Manager in onboarding new clients and implementing e-billing systems.
- Review client e-billing guidelines and various vendor platforms to ensure proper set up of e-billing clients in the system.
- Monitor e-billing processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and client expectations.
- Supervise the e-billing process, including maintaining and monitoring BillBlast, and e-billing vendor websites to make sure that all invoices are submitted timely and successfully.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices compliant with client requirements and deadlines.
- Work with the e-billers to monitor and resolve any billing issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential e-billing issues and address promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the E-Billing Manager for issues that need to be escalated.
- Handle special assignments and complex e-billing.
- Follow up on outstanding e-bills and assist with collection efforts.
- Provide guidance and support team members.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of legal e-billing experience using various platforms, with minimum of one year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Must have in depth knowledge of e-billing, including LEDES formats and UTMBS coding.
- Experience working with BillBlast is preferred.
- Experience on Aderant billing software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Willing to work overtime, as needed.

Schedule:
Hybrid Schedule: Approximately 6 days per month in office.
Salary:
$120,000 - $130,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
