- Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Executive team to drive revenue growth and elevate our brand presence.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to the Company's strategic planning process.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, luxury hospitality partners, Destination Management Companies, and other key stakeholders to drive long-term revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, or event sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM tools, as well as strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to attend evening/weekend events as needed, and established industry network and knowledge of high-end clientele needs a plus.
