Primary Function: Provide support for building administration and perform functions that support the overall operations of the school. |

Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED |
High level of office and organizational skills |
Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs and software applications |
Strong interpersonal and communication skills |

Essential Functions:

Perform a variety of secretarial/clerical duties to support supervisory and administrative personnel in handling daily activities |

Distribute mail to appropriate personnel |
|
Compose routine correspondence for distribution to stakeholders |
|
Operate standard office equipment as well as equipment developed or advanced from future technology required by the job |
|
Answer phones, screen calls, and refer to appropriate person |
|
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate person |
|
Maintain data, statistics and other information, and prepare reports as required |
|
Assist in maintaining efficient office operations by providing clerical relief whenever and wherever needed |
|

Interact effectively with the general public, staff members, students, teachers, parents and administrators, using tact and good judgment |

Follow work scheduling and attendance requirements in a regular, predictable, and punctual manner |
