We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent Professional at our brand-new luxury lease-up community, Flats on the A. 

If you are a positive impression creator and sales pro looking for a challenge, this is the position for you! We are looking for the best of the best to join our amazing team. 

The duty of the leasing professional is to market, sell, and maintain apartment homes by creating positive, impactful connections with leads, prospects, residents, and guests. We are looking for a jack of all trades - someone that is an expert at determining prospects wants and needs and finding ways to fill them, who can close the sale every time, and who can keep resident satisfaction high by maintaining a prominent relationship with all past and present residents and providing above and beyond service to all.

Responsibilities include:

• Walk tour path and amenity spaces to ensure pleasant appearance and readiness
• respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
• optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
• use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
• maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition
• prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
• walk move-ins to ensure readiness
• Plan and execute resident events
• Participate in social media promotion
• respond to resident requests and conflicts with a high level of customer service

Requirements and Qualifications:

• previous leasing experience
• a professional image
• great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
• be a team player with a positive attitude
• Realpage/Onesite experience preferred
• Open schedule availability

Drug testing and background screening required

Pay DOE $17-$22 per hour plus leasing and renewal bonuses!
