Responsibilities include:
- maintain all physical aspects of the property
- ensure all service requests are completed within 24 hours
- hire, train, and manage maintenance staff
- supervise outside contractors involved in work on the property
- establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes necessary repairs and service requests
- ensure vacant units are made ready for move-ins in a timely manner
- work within the property budget
- maintain hazard communications program and adhere to all safety standards and policies
- serve as "on call" representative as necessary
Qualifications:
- good verbal/written communications skills
- leadership skills
- team player
- knowledge of general property operations, safety, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, painting
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in property management maintenance experience.
