  • Technical Support Representative

    • You Are :

  • A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Loves helping customers and making them feel comfortable even when the technology is tricky. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

    • You Have :

  • Excellent customer service skills (email, phone, in-person)
  • Experience with technology : IT, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control
  • A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
  • Driving : Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation

    • Your Location :

  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
  • 37670 W. 12 Mile Rd. Farmington Hills, MI 48331

    • Your Schedule :

  • Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – Tue-Sat (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm)
  • Ability to work overtime

  • Customer Service : In-person, on the phone, via email
  • Initial Technical Support : Triage issue, solve if able, escalate if needed
  • Service Scheduling : Coordinate, Book, Follow-up
  • RMA : Take in product, process it, ship it, receive it, schedule for delivery
  • Vendor Interactions : RMA's (above)
  • Advanced understanding of networking (ideal)
  • Advanced troubleshooting of AV devices (ideal)

  • AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
  • Security Installation
  • Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
  • Managed Services (MSP)
  • Electrician (HV or LV)

    • Paulson's Contribution to You :

  • 55k to $70k / yr ($26-$34 / hr) – Yup!
