Job Overview:
Paun Construction is seeking a hardworking and reliable Mason Laborer to join our crew. You’ll work alongside skilled masons on residential and commercial projects, helping to build high-quality masonry structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist masons with bricklaying, block work, stone work, and other masonry tasks
- Mix and transport mortar, concrete, and materials to work areas
- Cut bricks or blocks to size using power tools or hand tools
- Set up and take down scaffolding, ladders, and work platforms
- Clean and prep job sites, including removal of debris and excess materials
- Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or masonry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all types of weather
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual — consistently shows up on time and ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
