Job Summary
The Public Safety Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals within Community. This position involves monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and enforcing the rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure compliance.
- Verifying property owner status.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations until professional help arrives.
Skills
- Proficient in CPR/AED/First Aid(preferred).
- Experience in law enforcement or military background is highly desirable.
- Private Community/Public Safety experience(preferred).
- Excellent observational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule.
