Baker - Friday Bake Team
Pave Bakery is a Charlotte-based bakery serving farmers markets from April to November. We specialize in high-quality croissants, breads, and seasonal pastries. As we expand, we’re looking to add two bakers to our Friday bake team.
About the Role
We are a small, fast-paced team that preps on Thursdays, shapes on Fridays, and bakes on Saturdays. This position guarantees a Friday shift, with additional hours available Thursday–Sunday if desired. Expect a high-volume, hands-on environment where efficiency and teamwork are key.

We need someone who is hardworking, efficient, a problem solver, and a team player. No prior experience is required—just a learning mindset and a positive attitude. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!
Interview Process
If selected, you’ll participate in a hands-on interview, baking alongside us. Please wear appropriate attire: closed-toe shoes, a sleeved shirt, and clothes you don’t mind getting flour on.
About Pave Bakery
Founded by Travis White as a side hustle while teaching full-time, Pave Bakery has grown to seven farmers marketsand supplies several small businesses with weekend pastries. We’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of local baking and making epically good pastries.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
