Pave Talent is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, female-owned design and construction firm specializing in high-end residential renovations in San Diego. Known for its efficiency, creativity, and a no-meanies policy, this company is transforming homes through cost-conscious and thoughtful design.
They are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator based in Tijuana, Mexico, to support day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a fully remote position, but candidates who can occasionally travel to San Diego for team events or project meetings are highly preferred. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on structure and loves keeping teams organized.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Buildertrend software and ensure project timelines, schedules, and documents are always up-to-date.
- Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep projects running efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all necessary permits, insurance documents, and contracts are in place.
- Support field teams and leadership with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain weekly OSHA safety logs and assist in maintaining compliance.
- Organize documentation for inspections, change orders, and project closeouts.
- Communicate closely with the Site Supervisor / Lead Carpenter to ensure seamless coordination between field and office operations.
- Conduct remote progress tracking and, if possible, attend occasional in-person site visits or team events in San Diego.
