Our client specializes in manufacturing and servicing advanced vacuum filling, portioning, and linking equipment for the meat, dairy, bakery, and pet food industries. With a strong reputation for German engineering excellence, our client is seeking a Field Service Technician based in the Nashville, Tennessee area to join their growing team.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Travel to customer sites to install, service, and repair food processing machinery (85% travel)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (480V), hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Manage spare parts inventory and place orders as needed
- Complete detailed service reports and maintenance logs
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional service
- Collaborate with the technical team to share specialized expertise and solve complex problems
