The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to cover the Greater Cincinnati region and surrounding states. While candidates can be based anywhere in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, they must be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. The role involves regular Monday-Friday travel (up to 85%) serving customers across southern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated food processing equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records
- Manage spare parts inventory
