About Our Client : This industry-leading manufacturer specializes in advanced machinery for the meat, dairy, bakery, and alternative protein sectors. With recent expansion including a new West Coast technology center in Cypress, CA, they're experiencing remarkable growth while maintaining the stability of a billion-dollar global organization.
The Opportunity : We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to cover Southern California and surrounding states. While candidates can be based anywhere in the greater Los Angeles / Orange County area (preferably near our Cypress technology center), they must be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. The role involves regular Monday-Friday travel (up to 85%) serving customers across Southern California and neighboring states.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated food processing equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records
- Manage spare parts inventory
