The Opportunity : We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to cover a multi-state territory that includes Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona. While candidates can be based anywhere in the greater Sacramento area, San Francisco Bay Area, or surrounding regions, they must be willing to travel extensively throughout the tri-state territory. The role involves regular Monday-Friday travel (up to 85%) serving customers across Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated food processing equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records
- Manage spare parts inventory
