Essential Responsibilities 🔧
- Lead comprehensive inspection and maintenance programs for complex manufacturing equipment
- Develop and execute troubleshooting action plans for equipment malfunctions
- Oversee critical repairs of industrial equipment including :
- Pumps and gear reducers
- Hydraulic / pneumatic systems
- Blowers and conveyors
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors while ensuring PSM compliance
- Support 24 / 7 manufacturing operations with occasional off-shift coverage
- Manage maintenance supplies inventory and provide technical training to crew members
