With a legacy spanning multiple decades and a strong presence in the electronics manufacturing sector, our client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join their innovative team.
The Opportunity : This role offers a unique blend of hands-on manufacturing engineering and process improvement in a dynamic environment where you'll see your designs and improvements implemented directly on the production floor. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interface with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to develop and optimize manufacturing specifications and control systems
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for manufacturing equipment
- Develop SOPs, FMEAs, and control plans to ensure consistent product quality
- Lead capX projects and interface with contractors for equipment installations and upgrades
- Write purchase requisitions and manage supplier relationships for equipment and parts
- Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment
- Direct maintenance work activities and communicate requirements to all involved parties
